Do you dream of not just dancing bachata, but truly becoming a beautiful dancer? Do you want to move with grace, confidence, and undeniable style, whether leading, following, or switching roles? This 90-minute workshop is designed to ignite your passion and propel you towards that vision.
We believe that every dancer, with a growth mindset, can achieve their dance goals. This workshop focuses on a holistic approach to bachata, going beyond just steps and patterns. Our short-term goal? To help you discover and embody your unique expression as a beautiful bachata dancer.

Here’s what awaits you:
• Centering Your Energy (15 minutes): We’ll begin with breathwork and warm-up exercises to connect with your body and prepare for the expressive journey ahead.
• Finding Your Flow (15 minutes): Dive into the art of self-expression! We’ll explore how to “dare to express” through guided movement explorations inspired by the elements of fire, water, earth, and air. Unleash your inner rhythm and discover your personal flow on the dance floor.
• Mastering Movement (40 minutes): Refine your technique with focused practice on essential movements like chest rolls, body rolls, reverse body rolls, body isolations, and the flowing “fountain” technique. We’ll break down these elements to help you execute them with precision and fluidity.
• Creating Connections (20 minutes): Put your newfound skills into practice! We’ll combine the techniques and expressive movements learned in the workshop into a short, fun choreography, allowing you to experience the joy of dancing a complete piece.
• Cool Down (2 minutes): We’ll conclude with a gentle cool-down to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
